I'm not sure which side of the fence I'm on; sure its funny, but I'm not sure how one can argue its an inaliable right to harass cops while you're drunk. In most locales, its a recipe for disaster. And going to court and representing yourself pro se bespeaks an arrogance that most judges hate (nevermind the rest of this guys attitude). And I think they'd have no problem raising the fine and committing you to community service to teach you a lesson in respecting authority.
