France will still surrender

2002-05-08 12:59:06 AM
Well, at least if they go to Italy, they'll be eating some good food.

2002-05-08 01:00:42 AM
The mob could use them for target practice.

2002-05-08 01:00:44 AM
When Italy runs out of room, send them to Auschwitz Poland, that will solve everyone's problems.

/rolls eyes

2002-05-08 01:04:50 AM
Nobody wants them. Go figure.

2002-05-08 01:06:16 AM
why would someone want to take terrorists?? i dont think italy's reached THAT low just yet... try france

2002-05-08 01:07:26 AM
forgot to tell them? that is just funny!
USA and Isreallis -- "oh by the way, can we send you a half dozen terrorist free of charge?"
Italy -- "Well you didn't ask nicely so no."
USA and Isreallis -- "please?"
Italy -- "No you idiots, they are terrorists! who do you think we are, criminals?"
Italy then procedes to put on sunglasses, fenodora, and opens his violin case...

Robin: Good point. Why do the terrorists always want to go somewhere like Italy, anyway?

Frankly, I think they should offer to send them someplace like Chechnya where they will at least have friends.

2002-05-08 01:11:13 AM
Well, at least the Italians won't have to deal with them. I think there are only about 8-9 actual Italians living in Italy these days.

2002-05-08 01:13:12 AM
you know that if italy did take the terrorists, they'd be hit pretty quickly by the terrorists' friends, who would demand the terrorists' release

the only country that can take the terrorists without trouble is that magical country under the sea

2002-05-08 01:16:14 AM
send 'em to fvckin' Iraq, seeing as how Saddam likes exploding palestinians so much...

2002-05-08 01:16:20 AM
Well it's nice to see the Palestinians coming around to seeing things like civilized people by blowing up that pool hall today. Are muslims required to do despicable things by there religion?

2002-05-08 01:18:48 AM
D'oh! Well, I guess we can always blame the CIA.

Or the Freemasons.

2002-05-08 01:21:22 AM
supposedly italy is on the way to having a muslim majority, so why not... but that Berlesconi probaby said no way.

Israel and Palestine agreed to send suspected terrorists to Italy, but no one told the Italians

In other news, Bill Clinton, is suspected of having an indecent relationship with his intern, is seen chatting to Steve Bing, suspected of being the father of Liz Hurley's baby.

Take out the first is please. I'm tired.
Thank you and goodnight

So Egypt won't even help out. Looks like the Palestinian situation is mostly the fault of the damn arabs.

When will the Palestinians wake up and realize that their arab brothers are just using them as a political football. Syria can always say to its citizens "look, things ain't so bad here, at least you're not in Palestine".

Young_Fart-"When will the Palestinians wake up and realize that their arab brothers are just using them as a political football. Syria can always say to its citizens "look, things ain't so bad here, at least you're not in Palestine"."

I suspect a conspiracy at the upper levels of the Palestinian leadership with other Arab nations. In exchange for personal kickbacks and possibly some shadow funding for the cause of destroying Jewish controlled Israel, regular Palestinians are positioned as the "be thankful you're not as bad off as they are" distraction for other Arab countries.Citizens of those countries don't do as much to oust their apathetic, useless, corrupt leadership, and the leadership gets to stay in power, with the potential to torment Israel.

A conspiracy wouldn't surprise me,considering how well the Palestinians have kept peace agreements.Keep the fire burning to keep the goose(kickback receiving Palestinian leadership)cooking.

Looks like the site's screwed. Here's a link to a similar story from the BBC:

Does this mean America will now bomb Italy ?

2002-05-08 06:40:23 AM
Well, that's an overwhelming majority in favor of Israel, how long 'til the contrarians show up?

2002-05-08 06:52:27 AM
Norstrin,

2002-05-08 07:06:32 AM
as everyone knows israel is the great satan, so go palestine!

happy?

Simple solution, march 'em to the beach and make them swim to Italy. By the time they arrive, the details should be worked out. Works for them folks being detained in Guantanamo Bay Cuba too! Saves my tax money from having to fly them home.

ROFL how can u forget to tell an entire country, thats hilarious

2002-05-08 08:05:29 AM
Zloty-You can forget to tell Italy because it is one of those pansy nations, like France, that can't stand up for itself and hence gets walked over.

2002-05-08 08:25:40 AM
The new bombing kind of makes it look like Italy won't have to worry about these particular terrorists. Yasser, though, may need a new home soon.

2002-05-08 09:21:40 AM
Matters were complicated by a demand on Monday night from Yasser Arafat that the 13 Palestinian men spent several days in transit in Egypt, a move intended to soften criticism of their exile. But yesterday Egypt was refusing to allow them to enter unless their final destination in a third country was agreed.
Egypt doesn't want them either? That's no good. How about India?

2002-05-08 09:34:30 AM
I'm just amazed that Israel and Palestine agreed on something.

2002-05-08 10:23:58 AM
Wow, what amazing diplomatic professionalism we are showing.
If I were Italy I'd give us a big, fat middle finger as well. Or, I guess that little hand under the chin gesture they do there would be more appropriate.

2002-05-08 10:46:00 AM
send 'em to fvckin' Iraq, seeing as how Saddam likes exploding palestinians so much...

He loves 'em. That's why he pays 'em.

Antarctica anyone?

I thought the EU states were the ones saying that the PA and their thugs were just fine and dandy? Maybe not Italy so much, but definitely France, Germany, and the British press. So what's to fear by taking in these noble peace-lovers that happened to fall on hard times?

The U.S. says it distrusts the PA, Israel is at war with it. The PA oughta send them thank-you-notes for being honest. Everyone else within 1000 miles is truly using them as if their only other purpose on life was picking cotton on the metaphorical Arab/EU plantation. Disgusting.

2002-05-08 12:03:36 PM
So any Palestinian with a gun is a "terrorist"?

2002-05-08 01:27:55 PM
Wassamatta you?

"I thought the EU states were the ones saying that the PA and their thugs were just fine and dandy? Maybe not Italy so much, but definitely France, Germany, and the British press. So what's to fear by taking in these noble peace-lovers that happened to fall on hard times?"

Silvio Berlesconi, the currrent head of the Italian government, has gone on record saying that the West is in a clash of civilizations with the Islamic world, and that it is a fight to the death, or words to that effect. So he'd have relatively little interest in giving these clowns asylum. The other problem with this scenario is that it merely transplants potential targets for a syeret matkal team to the streets of Rome as opposed to the streets of Hebron. Which could potentially result in Italian collateral damage as opposed to Palestinian collateral damage.

Oh, and one more thing: while cotton is a big deal in Eguypt, the largest producer is Turkey, which is still not a member of the EU, last I checked.

And least, but not least, Harmonia: well, yes, the odds are quite good. Frightfully small number of snipe hunting clubs in Tulkarem, so if they've got a gun, chances are the answer is yes.

2002-05-09 05:28:30 PM
Surprise, Surprise Italy doesn't want those nuts. Can you blame them? Heh. I say we take them. We have some nice comfy cells for them over in Cuba.
