Has Houston signed that guy yet?

2005-10-31 01:08:39 PM
I can't get the video to load, has anyone been able to snag it off that site and re-host?

2005-10-31 01:10:51 PM
Clearly that guy who tackled him was offsides at the snap. He should get 5 yards, which looks to me like it would be a touchdown.

Also, if your Favre you gotta be pretty pissed about your pass coverage if a skinny white guy in an orange sweater gets passed your defensive line.

2005-10-31 01:11:50 PM
was in a bar in Cincy full of fans watching this. It was quite a moment, for sure- the place just erupted.

2005-10-31 01:12:48 PM
I think the guy looked like Brett Favre.

2005-10-31 01:23:24 PM
Nothing like being drunk at the game with your buddies.

"Oh yeah, I think you're a pussy"!

"fark you. Watch this."

Oh shiat...he ran on the field. Let's get the fark out of here.

2005-10-31 01:41:49 PM

"Hey, Brett, any chance I can get you to autograph one of these pumps for me?"

2005-10-31 02:09:28 PM
Some weird voodoo shiat is catching up with Farve. His life has been surreal lately.

2005-10-31 02:17:25 PM
And ordinarily we wouldn't even put this sort of incident on the air
BS don't try and pretend your station is all noble and stuff.

2005-10-31 03:44:22 PM
Favre acted like the dude was Michael Strahan trying to set another record. "Oh, sure. Here ya go."

2005-10-31 03:48:29 PM
Even better...

He just pleaded innocent!!

/umm... video proof?
//still pumped over steeler win
///go STILLERS!

ShootTheMoon
Dude, burger king is totally perfect for this =D

2005-10-31 03:51:48 PM
A younger Favre would have ripped that guy's head off. Oh, the good old days...

2005-10-31 03:53:56 PM
Dan Patrick said he's selling his autograph on the internet somewhere. I haven't bothered to look up where.

2005-10-31 03:54:44 PM
ICKY SHUFFLE!!!!

that would have been memoriable

2005-10-31 03:54:59 PM
Does it seem hypocritical that Brett hates queers but works for "The Packers"?

2005-10-31 03:55:12 PM
Peaceboy: Favre acted like the dude was Michael Strahan trying to set another record. "Oh, sure. Here ya go."

Ouch!

The word for today is "Wisconsowned". Can you say "Wisconsowned," boys and girls?

2005-10-31 03:58:46 PM
Where's Mike Curtis when you need him?

/hopefully not obscure at all
//still think it's funny

2005-10-31 03:58:49 PM
FortKnox

"...accused of resisting arrest, trespass and disorderly conduct while intoxicated..."

Maybe he'll argue he didn't resist, had a ticket to be in the stadium, and wasn't drunk :)

2005-10-31 03:59:07 PM
Am I hearing right? Favre signed the football for him? Favre should have kicked his ass.

2005-10-31 03:59:51 PM
Just goes to show: Committing a crime in a stadium where 50 video cameras are rolling = Not a good idea.

2005-10-31 04:01:41 PM
That's ok, gimme some video of that 9-year-old Everton supporter executing a slide tackle on a Boro player last week during a Carling Cup match. Someone's got to have video of that somewhere.

2005-10-31 04:01:53 PM
Seriously easy way to prevent this.
Whoever the home team is, automatic loss due to forefeit.
This does two things.
First it keeps the home town fans in check.
Second, it pushes the home team security to take no shiat.

Yeah little over the top, and would probably cause a riot if this happened,
but it would put an almost instant stop to this sort of idiocy.

Plus it would be cool watching the crowd hand a dipshiat like this his ass.

2005-10-31 04:02:11 PM
That is awesome, but in a very uncool way. You know...with the whole game going on and things.

2005-10-31 04:02:26 PM
Classic! That was better than the dancing naked ref at the SuperBowl.

2005-10-31 04:03:21 PM
BUUHWAAHAHAHAHHHAAAAA!

Even funnier with the Turd-Burgler King super imposition!

/BK gives me the jibbly jibblies.
//BK also gives me the poopies but that is TMI.

2005-10-31 04:04:26 PM
Well, gotta give him credit - I mean, it must be really hard to run like that when one's enormous balls are getting in the way of your legs.

2005-10-31 04:04:37 PM
I love how the fullback is saying that they need to do something about security if he can run up and grab the ball out of Favre's hands. I say, he needs to do a better job of blocking!

/go Stillers
//spank the real Browns tonight

2005-10-31 04:04:54 PM
Wisconsowned!!! Aghhh!!!!! Aghhhh!!!!

That was probably the best highlight this weekend.

2005-10-31 04:05:25 PM

"It is now possible to watch short video clips on the information superhighway, internet pioneers like myself refer to this as 'video'"

2005-10-31 04:07:15 PM
Thanks to this ass hat, all stadium walls are going to have a moat now.

2005-10-31 04:07:58 PM
"...if your Favre you gotta be pretty pissed about your pass coverage if a skinny white guy in an orange sweater gets passed your defensive line."

You don't know much about football or English, do you?

Solid State
Not obscure at all. That's the first thing I thought when I saw this. Mike Curtis was a childhood hero for me.

And the third thing it does is create an increase of fans traveling to road games to create an easy win for their team.

2005-10-31 04:10:36 PM
jayday

I think a coordinated group of Green Bay fans buying road game tickets under the "jayday rule" is the only way to turn this season around for them.

2005-10-31 04:11:52 PM
Herr Konditioner is right,a young Favre would have "waterboy tackled" his arse.He doesnt have the spirit he used to have which won them many o football games.Time to prime the new guy.

2005-10-31 04:12:21 PM
Another attention whore asshat gets what he wants from a bunch of idiot watchers ... god bless america :P

2005-10-31 04:12:45 PM
Burger King needs to make this into a commercial.

2005-10-31 04:13:32 PM
Oh, man, that is really funny. At least the called the play dead before the guy got there.

Man, you gotta be some kind of extra special jeroff to go and pull a stunt like that!

2005-10-31 04:15:07 PM
You don't know much about football or English, do you?

LOL

2005-10-31 04:15:22 PM
Did the announcer have trouble reading the quote? And he definitely put wrong em-PHA-sis on wrong sy-LLA-bles.

2005-10-31 04:15:47 PM
the best part was on the live feed, the announcer Bill Maas immediately was saying "It's the Burger King guy!", no hesitation whatsoever.

2005-10-31 04:16:36 PM
Where are all the "owned" pictures?!?!

I am actually a little disapointed.

2005-10-31 04:17:09 PM
I don't drink so I have to ask -- can drinking alcohol really make you this stupid? Could even Mr. Rogers or Mother Theresa behave this way if they got drunk (and weren't dead), or do you have to be a bit on the stupid to begin with?

2005-10-31 04:17:49 PM
So? What was Favre supposed to do when he hears the whistle, sees somebody in street clothes to his right, and said street clothed person grabs for the ball? After Monica Seles getting stabbed on the court and the beatings at the Chicago baseball game last (?) year I think just letting the guy take the ball is kinda smart.

If this guy pled innocent he is either still drunk or has a lwyer that thinks he can get him less time the longer it takes to come to trial.

The BK superimpose is farking halarious! I don't think BK will be doing the commercial anytime soon though. There would go any chance of evar adverting in anyway connected to the NFL evar again.

I'm on jayday's side.: Seriously easy way to prevent this.

The beatdown on this guy would still be continuing. Prolly would last til thursday or so (see Wiki for Mussolini). The only problem I see is out of town fans rooting for the opposition would go running on the field just to assure their team a win.

/My Packers still look like the definition of suckatude right now.
//Stray fans on the field? Sure he wasn't one of the new Packer receivers?

2005-10-31 04:19:39 PM
Kudos to the security guard for making a clean open-field tackle...squared up like a linebacker and planted the ball carrier.

2005-10-31 04:20:44 PM
NFL players, like MLB players, are told to keep their hands off fans who run onto the field. Unless they assault an official or a player. Then you can lay into them. Like what happened at Comiskey a while back. But Brett was just doing what the league tells him to do, let the asshat run around and let security take care of him. Now had the guy smacked a ref, things would've been different.
