I had a great dane when I was a kid. Damn thing almost killed me everytime I walked in the door. Later down the line he would steal my panties and hide them on a book shelf. Needless to say, I detested that dog.

I still call BS on this measurement. You measure from the withers. Dogs are quadrapeds. if you are going to stand them up on two legs they are as tall as you want to keep stretching.

I was out playing paintball in the woods once, and this woman goes jogging by with her great dane, and the thing stops dead in it's tracks looks right at me, and goes "WOOF!".
