big deal, this kinda stuff has been done before.. went to the freezer bar at balalaika in hong kong last summer. although nothing is made of ice, you get fur coats, russian hats etc. It's true, vodka tastes way better when it's cold.

easy, a mini Zamboni, kinda like a roomba vaccum cleaner but on ice.

Seriously for any organic spill on the bar no biggie, wipe up any excess, attack the spot with one of those ice scrapers like you use on your windshield, sweep off the contaminated ice scrapings and pour a cup of water over the area, instant refinishing job.
