This is nothing. Last week's contest was: Design a College Campus and receive a free roller coaster ride.

100k for college? Yea, maybe for books.

I hate contests these days. It used to be that Instant Winner meant it said "TEH INSTANT WINNAR!!!11!!!" in the product packaging, not a stupid code that you would have to go online with. And of course, before you can find out if you're a winner, you have to supply all your personal information. Sorry, my identity is worth more than the massive odds of not winning anything. I get ENOUGH credit card offers as-is.

Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 sucks, it has a horrible interface. The cartoonish graphics of RCT2 were much better in my opinion.


I thought the idea was good but the implementation sucks. It's too cumbersome to really be much fun.

The official rules don't say anything about the winner having to use the $100,000 for college. It just says the winner gets a check. Awesome.

I love this game. I don't even play the career mode. Just the sandbox mode, which lets you build and build and build...

I really enjoyed RCT, though most of the fun was making rides that let me to raise the start boost to cause... bad... things to happen. :) Then I'd undo it, drop the ride to have $.10 or free admission, let a line queue up, then have another accident.

Can't remember if I tried RCT2, obviously never looked at RCT3...

i still play coaster from time to time on my p100. it still amuses me to get the people all freaked out looking.

Id like to see a rollercoaster that fakes the roller coaster derailing, that would actually scare me.

Best one I saw done with that was a large cube style design, where the coaster ran along the insides of the cube in all directions.

No kidding!! I freaking hated Drachenfire. I once got off the ride and my neck was bleeding...my head was ping-ponged between the overhead brace and it rammed my earring into my neck.

RCT3 is fun. If there was ever a contest for naming coasters with absolutely wierd names, I think I have that one figured out. hough most of them are actually quite disgusting :).

The program is fun but not serious. Had been corresponding with acoasdter designer, and his program of choice is Excel.

might have to jump in, just on general principles. Maybe they might like about my coaster model in the house....
