Henson should be suing this site aytime.

I dont care what you say about it being "boring" or "educational" but that Flash "game" was really really really GOOD. I loved it and maybe learned something. I hate myself for that.
2002-04-13 09:57:48 AM
That was some good flash.
2002-04-13 10:09:02 AM
So, the frog flashed me?
2002-04-13 10:10:21 AM
dissecting real frogs is more fun. So are cats. And nutria.
2002-04-13 10:20:54 AM
Gee, great, thanks, now i'm all hungry...
2002-04-13 10:25:33 AM
can we dissect Ricci next?
2002-04-13 10:31:19 AM
Alright, time for breakfast!

Should have had this in high school, maybe then my lab partner wouldn't have chunked the small intestines into someones hair.
2002-04-13 10:40:38 AM
Ah, fond memories of dissection. Although you can't throw the extra parts around the room with the online dissection.
2002-04-13 10:48:31 AM
Damn, I could almost smell the fromaldahyde. Blech.
2002-04-13 10:54:28 AM
Tastefully done.
2002-04-13 10:54:29 AM
Unfortunately, I didn't get to dissect a frog in high school. We did fetal pigs instead. Gross.
2002-04-13 10:54:48 AM
I want a human....or maybe a dog.
2002-04-13 11:04:06 AM
It brings back such fond memories of biology, dissecting the frog then throwing the parts at people. god i loved it
2002-04-13 11:07:58 AM
uhhh... this isn't all that new. i used this in the 9th grade, probably 8 years ago. it wasn't an online thing, but it was on the computer. i remember laughing at it then. oh well.
2002-04-13 11:11:56 AM
I did a frog in high school and I swear I can still smell it...
2002-04-13 11:21:17 AM
Dude, stage 2, that frog has a 6-pack.
2002-04-13 11:30:25 AM
If you must dissect a frog be sure you kill it properly, first. Dissecting a live frog is like reaching for the frog sashimi at a Japanese restaurant, only to discover that the frog attached to the meat is still squirming.

This leaves no room for mutilation, in our lab we destroyed the frogs ruled
2002-04-13 11:51:43 AM
I liked the music, but for some reason it gave me the impression that my doorbell was ringing
2002-04-13 12:00:04 PM
why can't we get a "dissect a supermodel" site?
2002-04-13 12:05:29 PM
You know the first website I remember anyone showing me back in 1993 was a virtual frog disection site. it was pretty neat for the time.
2002-04-13 12:22:20 PM
I'm disappointed - I was hoping for a real frog, a webcam, and a web-controlled robot arm with a scalpel.
2002-04-13 12:34:22 PM
Oh yeah, give the l33t masses contol of a blade wielding titanum robot arm... sounds like a plan to me!
2002-04-13 12:34:47 PM
This is like Operation Frog, only more educational.

I bet you can't put this frog back together and resurrect him, though. :( Well, off to make the first incision.
2002-04-13 01:19:24 PM
Gentlemen (and ladies), we can rebuild him. We can make him stronger, faster, able to get those really fast flies.

I wish this were more interactive. I'd love to be able to artificially slice up the frog and jab it with electrodes. Plus I wouldn't feel nearly as psycho as if I did it in real life.
2002-04-13 01:24:44 PM
Damn... I though you meant a Frenchman!
2002-04-13 01:26:33 PM
I never did do a frog in High School, I liked the fetal pig though, aside from the rancid smell.
2002-04-13 02:33:01 PM
you did a pig?
2002-04-13 02:58:08 PM
i thought this was cool. we never dissected frogs in school (not yet, anyway) we did rats and sheep heart's in 8th grade. i think that was cooler than frogs anyway
2002-04-13 04:09:56 PM
This was pretty cool! I remember in High School and Junior High when I disected frogs. I turned the skin into my book mark. It was actually pretty cool. Bio class was interesting, and we did Frogs, a bird, some kind of small shark (someone else got that skin...dammit), fetal pig, turtle (that was the best, you open the bottom of the shell and its all there, easy.) and a cat. The Cat was the only one that disturbed me somewhat because several female students laughed the whole time they were working on its testicles. Sure the thing was dead, and just a cat...but it still seemed like it went against some kind of trans-species male honor code.
2002-04-13 06:44:46 PM
Dammit..i was expecting some scapel slashing the good ol' days of "Life and Death" on the IIe's in school....ahh..those were the days...
2002-04-13 09:09:02 PM
Avidin: Yeah! Six-pack for sure.
But that Enya/ X-files music did make me feel psycho.
2002-04-13 10:16:53 PM
I dissected the fetal pig also.
Because pigs' and humans' anatomical structures closely resemble each other, the dissection really helped me figure out the relative position of organs and such.
Just my two cents.
2002-04-13 11:01:16 PM
I could smell the formaldehyde....
2002-04-13 11:44:07 PM
i liked the sound effects especially... i'd give it an 8
2002-04-13 11:53:05 PM
Boo yah! 100% on the pretest
2002-04-14 12:06:50 AM
Oh man, that was so gross...

Coooooooooool - I like it way much.
2002-04-14 03:42:53 AM
