No, they probably left that off on purpose, as those pundit hacks don't really have opinions. They just parrot for money.

We can't forget the Wallet Inspector, and I feel it needs mentioning that if you have a job as a food critic most people will try to kill you with their dishes if you give them poor feedback.

While I would like to make a joke about sdip, I am wondering what the hell this article is actually about.

Okay, happy secret campers, we have made it acrossed the border.
Along with most of the good jobs.
Investigator, yeah, that's a good joke, heh!
Most states require former police experiance, given that most police hiring policies tend to the (special) that would mean that you just might be better off hiring a psychic.
Even a dishonest psychic.
Because crooks do not have an intellectual ceiling (and just how do we solve crimes?)

Real secret here, there are no good jobs.
If you did not run for public office, or you were dumb enough to run as a democrat, then I would advise you to google for 'shoe leather family resipes' before you starve.

Now I will go somewhere else and pass the depression on.

WyrmEye:

"Which of these is Dennis Miller applying for?"

The one where he gets paid a BUNCH of money to cite witty stuff? Sound familiar to you? Figured not...

/Sorry. No offense. I just find it amusing when jealous/envious people complain about this sort of thing.

MasterShakezula: no actual jobs? As a Professional Organizer i find that offensive.

I may be wrong... But I read that to mean that the link didn't actually offer any jobs - as in nobody is hireing in the link - rather than saying those things were non-jobs.

having an opinion at work just gets your azz fired anyways.

the bosses don't like it when you tell them, they is a bunch of dickheads for ignoring the b.s. that goes on around the job.

you go from, hey you're doing a great job, to, hey get your azz outa here for speaking up,, because the boss is such a dickhead and won't admit it..

opinionated job candidate....cops...say whatever they want and watch the little people squirm...no judge ,no jury, no rights....
ooops was that 20 rounds that just flew outa the cops gun..
(I know, has to reload).

wow.. an advertisement masquerading as an 'article'.. I never tire of those..

2005-05-13 01:45:35 AM
and, also, it frusterates me at how easy they make it sound, like you just go in and apply for a job as a movie reviewer... I've been working for newspaper for a while now, and the movie reviewer, yeah, she didn't just walk in and go "yeah, so I am really critical and opininonated and this article online said i should apply".

Something seems fishy, and manipulative. Just more people thinking "I'm just waiting for the right job" in this article...

2005-05-13 01:48:25 AM
I'm going to go with cop
