the one time i went to a tanning bed, they required a parent's signature on the form if you were under 18. i was 16 then and the guy didn't seem to care. luckily i never went back and am still pale as a ghost.

First she is a 14 year old girl(they tend not to be developed yet) and Second, not everyone has to look like an overweight american, out of breath from an all day combination of sitting at the keyboard and non stop snacking. If your stomach has lapped over your belt, and you can't get up 3 flights of stairs with out taking a breather, that is not a good thing.
