The screenshot doesn't really tell you what the OS looks like, either.

Can't some other quasi-celebrity make themselves known so every geeky website on the planet can stop kissing Wil's ass already? It's embarassing to watch.

I think it's all hype. WheatoniX is just another corporate ploy to take your money and give you a bug-filled OS. Personally, I'm waiting for the next release of WalkenOS... now THAT'S an OS worth buying.

I would love it if my PC talked to me in Walken's voice. Especially. if it put... pauses. in the oddest. places in the sentence.

His site's back up...

"Okay, let's get straight to business: here's the bad news: the entire site has crashed, and we can't figure out why.I don't know when the crash happened, or why, because I was offline all weekend, but I'm working on it. I suppose that if you can read this, it means things are working again"

Then William Farkin' Shatner would sue.

(From "Chasing Amy"...slightly modified...)
Banky: "Alright, now see this? This is a four-way road, OK? And dead in the center is a crisp, new, hundred dollar bill. Now, at the end of each of these streets are four people, OK? Are you following?"

Holden: "Yeah."

Banky: "Good. Over here, we have Wil Wheaton having a re-occurring role on 'Enterprise'. Down here, we have a man-hating, angry as fark, agenda of rage, bitter dyke. Over here, we have WheatoniX: the next generation OS, and up here the almost-30-something actor who used to have a role on Star Trek: TNG, who's still trying to live off of it.. Which one is going to get to the hundred dollar bill first?"

Holden: "What is this supposed to prove?"

Banky: "No, I'm serious. This is a serious exercise. It's like an SAT question. Which one is going to get to the hundred dollar bill first? The re-occurring-role Wheaton, the 30 year old still living off his former role in TNG, WheatoniX, or the Easter bunny?"

Holden: "The man-hating dyke."

Banky: "Good. Why?"

Holden: "I don't know."

Banky: "Because the other three are figments of your farking imagination!"
