Good headline

2005-04-15 05:01:12 PM
Ouch. 15 year old pregnancies? For everyone in the family?

Well, at least they are used to it.

2005-04-15 05:01:27 PM
It's always amusing when someone gets shot.

2005-04-15 05:02:31 PM
Damn, my grandfather is 65, and my neice is only 2.

Why is voting enabled?

2005-04-15 05:03:57 PM
Youngest - 1
Mother - 16
Grandmother - 32
Great grandmother - 48
Great great grandmother - 64

Let's say this woman lives to be 96, at this rate she'll become a 4x great grandmother. My grandmother of 96 was barely a great grandmother..

/voting enabled

It seems that the males aren't the only ones in that family that don't miss.

2005-04-15 05:07:25 PM
Whoo, voted for myself and am currently in sole possession of first place.

My life is complete.

2005-04-15 05:21:26 PM
farking florida.... thats what we need, 10 children per family.

2005-04-15 05:22:22 PM
Who turned off voting?

2005-04-15 05:25:31 PM
I hope they don't go after the granny for shooting the robber as he was fleeing. But considering this is Florida, she should have no problem. Just looking at this from a legal standpoint. From a common sence standpoint, GO GRANNY.

/CCW law is one good thing about Florida.

A 64 yr old great^2 grandmother? That has to be a record, if not damn, and regardless damn.

If guns were outlawed, this poor young man wouldn't have been hurt in this situation.

Also -
I am promoting my soon to be released book, Trolling For Fun And Profit. It explains how to:

1. Take the extreme opposite side of any issue.
2. Annoy people until they call you a Nazi
3. Laugh at them
4. ?????
5. Profit!!

I have a friend who is 34, she has a 17 year old daughter and a 1 year old grand-daughter......things happen, kids are stupid sometimes (as well as parents)......so we should just stone the whole lot of them?

//good shot granny....farkin' crooks!!!

When my suster was ten, she was pushing my little brother in a stroller at he grocery store and this elderly lady commented about how 'They are having them younger and younger these days.'

2005-04-15 05:28:39 PM
BAH! suster should be sister...
I'm an idiot...

2005-04-15 05:30:49 PM
A few years ago one of my clients was 39,

her daughter was 26,

her grand-daughter was 13 and pregnant.

I handled all three of their child support cases. Very, very sad.

Had to check the article, make sure it wasn't a relative.. my mother's cousin is about the same age as my mother, but has grandkids, one of whom recently got married. So she could become a great grandmother before she's 58.

Ok, I'm not about to villify granny for defending herself, but what is up with firing two more shots as the guy ran away? Sorry, but that is a little excessive. I doubt she will be prosecuted for this, but had she been a young male, society might take a slightly different view of this.

2005-04-15 05:45:35 PM
I'm 40. My great-great grandmother was born in 1834.

2005-04-15 05:48:57 PM
untrustworthy

I don't think she's going to get in trouble for trying to shoot him as he ran mostly because she missed those shots.

What jury would convict, anyway?

2005-04-15 06:01:30 PM
too bad she missed, this is a family tree that needs to end!

2005-04-15 06:01:31 PM
panda: I don't think she's going to get in trouble for trying to shoot him as he ran mostly because she missed those shots.

Exactly. But if she had hit the guy or any innocent bystander, she could and should be arrested and tried for unlawfully discharging a firearm.

What jury would convict, anyway?

None, because nobody would want to convict granny. However, if it were someone younger and male, I doubt they would be as forgiving.

I'm 20, my Mother is 49, her oldest sibling is 62, my Grandfather is 83(of course he had kids young, he could have died any day in WWII, got to protect to line.)

He is a great grandfather but the oldest great grandchild is only 16. My great grandfather was born in 1889.

2005-04-15 06:02:03 PM
She's a good great grandmother, but I wouldn't call her a GREAT great grandmother.

2005-04-15 06:03:36 PM
Pfff. I'm my own great great grandpa.

The only great-grandma I've known in my life died when she was 99, I was...4 at the time. My twin and I were the last born though, she became a great-grandma when she was 77.

2005-04-15 06:10:05 PM
it's only logical that she should have so many grandkids, great grandkids, great great grandkids....

After all her last name is Grammer.

can you say.. WELFARE ?

2005-04-15 06:19:46 PM
Nah. Plea temprorary insantity, walk away free.

Of course, in untrustworthy's world, we should stone her to death for defending herself in the first place. That, and give the thief a medal for helping to point out this depraved biatch to the rest of us.

2005-04-15 06:23:29 PM
As opposed to late teen pregnancy?

/probably already said...

2005-04-15 06:24:49 PM
Ditto: Of course, in untrustworthy's world, we should stone her to death for defending herself in the first place.

No, not true. She defended herself with the first shot only. After that the would-be thief dropped his gun and ran. There is absolutely no reason to shoot the guy once he no longer poses a direct threat.

That, and give the thief a medal for helping to point out this depraved biatch to the rest of us.

Again, not true. The thief deserves to be prosecuted for his crime, and he's lucky the shot to his chest didn't kill him. He isn't any hero, but neither is granny since she failed to use proper discretion when she fired the last two shots.

2005-04-15 06:31:55 PM
It's a sad day for darwinists everywhere.

Not talking about the incident. Talking about having great-great-grandchildren at age 64. I thought the strongest, most intelligent members of the species were supposed to procreate the most? Sigh...

2005-04-15 06:48:26 PM
The real question is, how many of those family members are in-breds? We ARE talking about Florida, after all.

2005-04-15 06:51:15 PM
Again, not true. The thief deserves to be prosecuted for his crime, and he's lucky the shot to his chest didn't kill him. He isn't any hero, but neither is granny since she failed to use proper discretion when she fired the last two shots.

Proper discretion? The way you intially described it made it sound like she hopped over the counter Die Hard style letting two rounds fly through the air into the parcking lot while summersaulting over ninja pirates.

More than likely she fired three consecutive shots one of which hit and the other two didn't.

1. *Bam*
2. Guy drop gun stumbles back while turning
3. *Bam* - misses
4. Go takes a step towards the door.
5. *Bam* - misses
6. Guy is obviously running now and granny stops shooting.

The numbers represent seconds. It can happen that fast. She had atleast 6 rounds so she could have popped off 3 more if she was really failing to use proper discretion

2005-04-15 06:55:39 PM
We're going to have to create some new acronyms to handle this one...

Mother (MILF)
Grandmother (GILF)
Great Grandmother (GGILF)
Great Great Grandmother (GGGILF)
