Antinorm hate to be a stickler but ticket prices are not tied to player salaries. The cost of tickets are based on how much fans will pay to go to the games and the owners then trying to maximise profits. In fact if you could get players to play for a lot less and fans liked the game even better that way, it would cause demand for tickets to go up and raise ticket prices.
