It's too bad that too many police departments design their uniforms and cars to look as intimidating as possible, all that does is give cops a big-dick syndrome where they believe they are supposed to scare people. That leads to people losing respect for the law itself, and only fear those who enforce it. Look at police uniforms from other countries, i.e. italy, germany. They look like people that are there to serve the public, rather than people who try to look like freakin storm troopers or SS officers. State troopers especially try to look like they are tough mofos, they piss me off the most.
