There's a difference between being pornographic and SFW. The image is by no means pornographic and that's not really under debate, however, many workplaces have solid bans on nudity of any sort to prevent someone bending the rules and then claiming it's 'artistic' or somesuch. It's always better to err on the side of caution when someone's job may be concerned. If it would have been safe, they saw a fairly tame image a few hours later at home, no big loss. However, if it was tagged SFW and got someone fired, that'd really suck for them, because it was tagged 'wrongly'.
