while i dislike the man intensely, i have to say this kind of article is pointless and infantile, and is a disservice to those of us who dislike him for serious political reasons, not because he chose to wear the wrong coat.

It's not a matter of being "PC", it's a matter of having class. I find it somewhat amazing how intense many people on the right are in defending a poorly chosen clothing decision by the VP, and how people on both sides are trying to turn this into a political issue when it's just a faux pax.

This has nothing to do with Iraq, this has nothing to do with PETA, this has nothing to do with oil or Bill Clinton or nuclear weapons. This is just about a man that came inapropriately attired for a very solemn ceremony.
