Best use of Hero tag, ever.

I wonder how this applies to the freak dancing that kids are doing nowadays?

In July 2002, then-Town Manager Bonnie Therrien revoked Centerfold's license because of violations - mainly dancers simulating sex acts - observed during a raid by the state Department of Liquor Control the previous year.

Helluva raid!

"I agree with the judge," club owner Mario Pirozzoli Jr. said Thursday

Most. Obvious. Statement. Evar.

Fortunately America isn't becoming a nation of prudes, despite the persistent efforts of a few tightwad jackasses.

10-1 says the judge wasn't wearing any pants under his robe when he delivered this ruling.

We need some good "judicial" euphemisms here.
"Pounding the gavel?"

Someone help me out...

In Houston, they tried to have a three foot rule. It really didn't affect me though.

Anyone want to find that article about that judge who was found masturbating on the beach? I Farkled for "here comes the judge" and I couldn't find it.

I'm sure it was a hard decision.
Once he examined the briefs, it only became harder.
But a decision had to come, and with a stroke of the pen
he struck a blow to those who might ban boobies.

2004-12-31 04:18:16 PM
You can put it in the hands of the judge,
but it won't stand up in court.

Show me your torts.

Eginton said the restrictions would help prevent the spread of contagious diseases such as HIV and hepatitis B.

Um.... if there's transmission of veneral disease, someone's getting quite a bit more than a lapdance.

we have a club down the street. They did an 'investigation' it consisted of just about every officer on the force getting multiple lap dances over the corse of about 6 months these cops were traffic, detectives, parking, whatever. They spent an unbelieaveable amount of money to secure 'evidence'. After it all wrapped up the local papers exposed the 'investigation' for what it was and the club is still operating as usual today.

Everybody pays, amigo, one way or another.

if they dont like strip clubs, dont go in them. sheesh.
i dont like what goes on in a church, so i dont go in them. im not trying to shut them down for violation city ordinances... yet.

2004-12-31 04:48:34 PM
How would something like this be illegal in the first place? Did some guy go to a strip club, watch the show, pay the stripper $50 and then get offended when the stripper jumped on his lap?

2004-12-31 04:50:52 PM

If you have to pay for any form of sexual stimulation you are a loser.

Maybe so. But then what do you call the person who actually takes the time to anonymously berate others on the internet? I, for one, would call that person TINIAN, KING OF LOSERS.

I, for one, am glad that blondes with large hooters, working their way through law school, can express themselves erotically on my lap.

Whatever anybody else says, this is still a great farking country...and sanity, as well as common sense, ultimately prevails...always.

So there.

Happy New Year, by the way.

If by offended, you mean aroused, then yes!

I never saw the attraction of sitting in a room full of men with erections. You know what's going to happen after an evening of "simulated sex." The whole thought turns me off to strip clubs.

2004-12-31 05:24:43 PM

Please approach the bench.

Eginton upheld two other sections of the ordinance challenged in the Centerfold's lawsuit. He is allowing the town to ban touching between dancers and customers and to prohibit closed booths, cubicles, studios and rooms for private viewings.

Eginton said the restrictions would help prevent the spread of contagious diseases such as HIV and hepatitis B.

Damn, that's a better strip club then I've ever been to.

Wow. That Silent Majority's going to be really pissed when he finds out about this. . .

Probably so pissed, he's going to call Micahel Powell another 50 million times.

//I like sanity and logic. Good job, judge. I've never attended one of these fine establishments, except one night when I was really really bored, but I'm glad I have the choice to if I so desire in the future.
