Heres a news flash: Anything you do on the computer can be tracked!

Even the script kiddies and Hackers get caught!

Somewhere theres a file with my name on it that reads, he likes midget pron and bondage sites.

the first time i read that headline, i wondered what a "nail fetus" was, and why someone would want to snatch one of them.

/needs more coffee

2004-12-21 12:59:49 PM
Well it's not as bad as a fetus nailed to ten internet logs.

2004-12-21 01:10:09 PM
I'd hit it.

With a log.

Some people make it really hard to be anti-death penalty.

2004-12-21 01:22:10 PM
no... some people make it really easyto re-affirm my pro death penalty stance. they should ship her to Texas and expedite the process.

2004-12-21 01:23:24 PM
Is it wrong that part of me wants her to be sentensed to being gutted with a rusty steak knife?

I say cruel and unusual punishment for cruel and unusual crimes! Death penalty is too good for this monster....

Just what I think...

sentensed = sentenced

/d'oh!

The fact that we actually have to be fearful of this happening is too insane to even fathom. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Whatever happened to the old days of waking up in a bloody tub full of ice missing kidneys?

I'm willing to bet that hundreds of murders (with various degrees of the "grotesque factor") are committed every day. I think that our attention is drawn to particular murders to keep our attention off other, more important things going on in the world. But that's just me.

Death penalty in the USA? Takes a second.

On the other hand, crucifixion lasts hours! It's a slow, horrible death!

Ten bucks says the ACLU takes this case and biatches about how grabbing those logs violated that subhuman scum's privacy.

All of the people involved in this story look like hillbillies.

Why on earth would you think the ACLU would try to defend this monster? What's with the random all-out hatred for the ACLU?

As the husband of a wife who is five months pregnant, today would be the first day that I wish we had Islamic Law here in the goold ol U.S. of A. Can you imagine what the punishment in Saudi Arabia for this act would be? Whatever it is still probably is too light.

This is a situation where Itchy's invention would come in handy... a cloning machine, where the cloned individual is then immediately fed into a killing machine.

Killing her once just really isn't enough.

Yes... biatch needs to be burned at the stake, but this reminds me of the Iowa woman who let her child bake to death in her mini-van simply because she was to fark all stupid to remember to drop her off at day care.

I'm trying to remember... what was her punishment? Oh yeah. NOTHING!

Just read that they beheaded a couple of people the other day for drug offenses. I'm guessing that overcrowded jails aren't a problem there.

It should be pointed out that it wasn't just the computer forensics that caught her, but an eyewitness account of her car. When both of those pieces pointed in the same direction, it made her the first lead to check.

Some people just drool and shake violently back and forth at the mention of the ACLU. They don't have a clue or a reason, and they don't need to. My advice is don't feed the trolls.

yeeeeeah, you just keep thinking that. do i get 10 bucks now? because the police searched the woman who was murdered's computer to figure out who killed her. even though you may see the ACLU as being some crazy, radical organization, for some reason, i don't think they wouldn't do anything unless there was evidence of someone's rights being trampled on.

Shhhh. The ACLU was considering doing there own data mining on donors financial records to better "target" their fund drives. Luckily board members realized that would be hypocritical to dig into donors' privacy while defending the privacy of others.

As long as it was obtained legally, the courts should accept it as evidence. I bet the DA has enough evidence on hand anyway to convict in this case. Otherwise that town has a odd history with vigilantee justice...

NineInchNader-

I don't think you can really compare those two stories. One was purely accidental, stupid and severely absent-minded perhaps, but not premeditated in the way this one was.

Plus the woman who did that to her own child has to live with that for the rest of her life...whereas this woman is either too crazy or too malicious to have that kind of conscience.

why is "dog breeder" linked on that article???

The premature infant, named Victoria, is reported to be healthy and has since been re-united with her father. ®

Hell, why is the last paragraph a registered trademark? Or has someone trademarked the word "father" now?

OK. I am some what confused. Bobby Jo performed a C-section on a pregnant woman and the baby was far enough along that Mrs. Cornfield-USA was able to actually keep it alive thus claiming it was hers? I am just confused how the "fetus" survived/lives.

The fact that we actually have to be fearful of this happening is too insane to even fathom. This isn't the first time this has happened.

So don't be fearful. You have greater odds of being killed by lightning than having htis happen to you. Risk management, people.

Why on earth would you think the ACLU would try to defend this monster? What's with the random all-out hatred for the ACLU?

People don't like the ACLU because they defend lefties whose rights have been violated, while at the same time defending right-wingers, thus making them immune from the usual accusations of partisanship (aka "non-Republicanism"). Why DO you hate America so much?

As the husband of a wife who is five months pregnant, today would be the first day that I wish we had Islamic Law here in the [good] ol U.S. of A.

Yeah, sure you say that. Of course if your wife cheated on you you'd have to watch her be stoned to death in the town square. And if your daughter got pregnant before marriage, same deal. Not such a good idea now is it?

In Saudi Arabia? For killing a woman? For a crime involving a girl baby? $10 less than the fine for killing a dog. Unless you're the womans husband, then it's justifiable honor killing.

Not if you take the right precautions. She could have gotten a compromised machine and proxied everything through there. And, wrote over the data in the computer or encrypted it so it couldn't be read.

Hackers and script kiddies rarely get caught.

After murdering Stinnett and stealing her fetus, Montgomery drove to Topeka, Kansas and rang her husband, telling him that she'd given birth. Why the husband was not suspicious has not been explained.

Another fine shining product of the Kansas public school system. After all, the gestation period of a human is only a theory, right?

2004-12-21 01:50:17 PM
annie_fannie -- Yeah, i'd thought about that as well but I still just can't excuse the one I mentioned. For a person to be so self absorbed that they treat their child like a piece of luggage, that simply is strapped into a carrier and carted from once place to another like some life-accessory is just... well, inexcuseable.

How can anyone forget that their child is in he car? Hectic workday ahead or not, chaotic morning or not, would you throw a kid into the back seat and not look once to make sure he or she is okay?

The fact that the baby hadn't entered her thoughts from the moment she pulled out of the her own driveway until she found it dead half-a-day later... I'm not sure it would have been worse if it were pre-meditated.

I am just confused how the "fetus" survived/lives.

Yes. Yes you are. C-Sections happen all the time -- albiet usually in a hospital -- and the 'fetus' survives all the time. Children being born premeturely and surviving are also pretty commonplace occurances. I'm no doctor, but I'd assume any fetus that makes it to the 3rd trimester (like month 6-7) would have a fighting chance.

2004-12-21 01:52:03 PM
No lethal injection for this murdering biatch. Put her in the iron maiden! That'd be farkin' excellent.

and did she get a puppy too?

Wow. I mean, really, wow. Having to explain why he's such an utter moron is going to be even worse than being married to a murderer/kidnapper.

Gest-what? Babies are delivered to their mothers by the stork.
