No it's not, you goddamn idiot. It is symptomatic of not having enough toilets. When people have to go, they go, whether there is a toilet/urinal or not.

Let me put that into an equation

More public toilets=less street urination

these things are great...initially a little embarrasing to use...but beer fixes that.

Seems to me that hanging out at the pub is about as social behavior as you'll ever find. The problem sounds like a lack of facilites, not Anti-social behavior.

Iain Coleman, executive councillor for the environment at the city council said it was good to see some imaginative solutions being proposed for a "very unpleasant" situation.

A more imaginitive solution might be arresting the asshats. What a concept.

If I had any Photoshop skilz I'd subtly insert the she-inal into Lukket's infamous home PC pic.

Inadvertantly; the pee flows to the sidewalk they were just on so when theyre done peeing they all step on it.

Well I guess they would be there in Cambridge as thats next to the giant dustbins for the market so that area would be getting washed down anyway.
The closest public toilets are closed hours before so nowhere to go (using the pubs and clubs toilets isn't an issue obviously).

Looks bloody stupid, people will still pee whereever they like and as people have said useless if you need a dump! Or maybe not and the next person will just need to look where they are standing ;)
