This is nothing more than some lazy, fat ass radio dj trying to get some publicity. First of all Dr. Rice is an extremely intelligent person. Secondly I never inferred anything that would allow me to believe she was a pawn or only chosen because she was black.

In any event I have Sirius now. I got so tired of listening to radio dj's spout at the mouth like they are foreign policy experts or what not. The whole lot of them can go to hell.

If a black man or woman attains a position of power in our country AND they weren't put there by a Democrat or a liberal then they aren't legitimate.

Condoleeza Rice is a Soviet specialist who EPITOMIZES a pre-9/11 mindset. Hell, she's got a pre-91 mindset. She received intelligence briefs warning that Bin Laden was determined to hit the U.S. soon, and did nothing about it -- took the warnings as "historical in nature." Even though the Clinton Administration gave the Bush Administration information about Al Qaeda and the Taliban during the transitional period, the Bush administration did nothing. It pulled its intelligence troops out of the Middle East, it cut anti-terrorism funding considerably, and it buried its head in the sand.

Condoleeza Rice is one of the people who shoulders responsibility for the Administration's inaction leading up to 9/11. For that reason alone, she is unqualified for the National Security Advisor position, let alone the position of Sec. of State. She isn't one for diplomacy (hates meeting with heads of state, has said so on public record) and THAT IS WHAT THE POSITION IS ABOUT.

All I've heard is that Powell disagreed with Bush on Foreign Policy and was sidelined because of it. NPR described Colin Powell as a person who puts his country first and disliked the partisan ways of the administration. Rice on the other hand agrees with Bush and won't rock the boat.
