Is the toilet paper pre or post wipe?

2002-02-20 12:55:21 PM
I use toilet paper on my asphalt, too...

Anybody who has driven in St. Louis knows that the toilet paper is what they use to fix the cracks. The only street department that's a bigger joke is Webster Groves.

Cool, I've always wanted to take a crap on the sidewalk in St. Lou, now I'll be able to wipe, too!

Sounds like a shiatty job!

This has some damn funny quotes, like "Three citywide crack-filling operations", I mean that borders on being perverse. HAHAHAHAHAHAAH, it is sooooo damn funny.

Wait a farking minute........

Toilet paper used to KEEP stuff in the crack?

This is going to totally revolutionize my entire shiatting routine.....and I don't think I'm gonna like it.

Nope, not gonna like it one bit.

Tuttle, that's the least of our worries. These ignorant farkers block up traffic during rush hour making it impossible to drive anywhere.

We've had sink holes develop in the middle of parking lots and on some streets.

They spend 14 months reworking a highway, just in time to start over again.

ARGH! I need to move to Colorado.

Yeah, but in Chicago every roll of toilet paper is accompanied by some crack.
The crack helps your constipation.

St. Louis...always ahead of the curve and the masters of innovation

2002-02-20 02:00:38 PM
We had to do something with all that confetti that was set aside for the Superbowl parade - Why not recycle?

2002-02-20 02:33:32 PM
St. Louis needs a new a$$...the old one has a crack in it.

2002-02-20 03:02:48 PM
damn they need to do that on bourbon in new orleans. its not like anyone over there knows how to use a toilet anyway.maybe toilet paper in the streets would help.

2002-02-20 03:12:34 PM
Of course. It makes sense that they'd use a lot of toilet paper on a city that's the a$$hole of the midwest.

2002-02-20 03:33:35 PM
OH MY GOD !!! Now the homeless have one less concern. Just sit and shiat, then wipe their bum-bum on the street like a dog would wipe his on a carpet ! HAHAHAHA ! Can't wait for the next street construction innovation; street cracks filled with Tampax ....

DigitalDevil, I feel ya, brother. I lived in the ATL for nine years. I don't miss any of that crap one bit.

2002-02-20 05:19:21 PM
For at least 20 years the road workers have used that method in the town I live in.
Interesting? Huh?

2002-02-20 05:59:37 PM
Gives a whole new meaning to-"falling through the cracks"..

2002-02-20 06:06:03 PM

2002-02-20 06:07:19 PM
