Because "paedophelia" specifically refers to sexual attraction to pre-pubescent children. In addition to this being a sex scene, rather than a sexual attraction, most 15 year-olds (and they are being played by 16 year-olds) have already hit puberty.

Because females only need one pregnancy, but male instincts are to impregnant as many females as possible. More pussy = more impregnations. Its surprising how simple human minds really are. Actually, it's not really the "lesbian" angle that is interesting. It's the multiple women being naked and having sex with each other angle that's fun. I mean, one woman by herself masturbating can be nice and all, but it's best to have some interaction going. Now, you could add a guy, but then you have to deal with some other guy's penis in your porn. That's no good. Much better to add another woman. More vaginas and boobies to go around, less penises to get in the way.
