2004-11-02 05:10:07 PM
I recorded the SNL thing last night. I'll watch that and drink lots of rum.

2004-11-02 05:10:08 PM
There needs to be voting.

I'll be glued to Comedy Central tonight for the election coverage.

How sad is that?

I'm partial to this one:

2004-11-02 05:10:36 PM
CC offers the best coverage, hands down.

2004-11-02 05:10:46 PM
Jennings, on network TV. He was the only one who was activly checking information on 9/11 before announcing it and also refused to show pictures of people falling from buildings. He's got intelligence and sensitivity.

Now, on the non-serious side - Jon Stewart. We'll be flipping back and forth between the two tonight.

2004-11-02 05:11:04 PM
Walter Cronkite

Let's play a game! It's called "Skew the online vote!"

I think this game should be a regular Fark feature.

2004-11-02 05:11:19 PM
Wolf Blitzer must be damn near suicidal after reading that people trust Dan Rather more than him.

2004-11-02 05:11:21 PM
Is Jon Stewart a surprise? I think their coverage has been much better by comparison.

I like John Stewart, but I'm surprised that people trust him over Lehrer. I like the Lehrer News Hour because they pretty clearly define the difference between the news and the commentary . . . sure it can be kind of boring, but there isn't all the shouting and sensationalism.

/didn't vote, missed being old enough by 4 months

2004-11-02 05:12:05 PM
Should I be disgusted that Dan Rather got even 2% of that poll?

Damn, there are some stupid people out there these days.

2004-11-02 05:12:05 PM
best use of obvious tag ever

go John Stewart !!

2004-11-02 05:12:05 PM
Of course Jon Stewart!

2004-11-02 05:12:15 PM
Priceless. It's not so much good news for John Steward, but bad news for the other ass clowns on the list.

2004-11-02 05:12:18 PM
Stewart is proof positive this online poll is not an accurate survey.

/Lehrer for me

poll + San Francisco = the most ridiculous choice will win. Always.

Im not from CA but with my limited knowledge of its politics I would venture a guess and say the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is located in San Francisco as well

Stewart. Damned preview.

2004-11-02 05:14:08 PM
Man, if Jon Stewart was running for President, this race wouldn't be so close now, would it?

That's actually kinda sad.

What's even worse is that he couldn't possibly do any worse than Bush.
