Hasn't the US unilaterally declared itself to be above international law? I know it has threatened to bomb/invade any country which puts a US citizen on trial for war crimes, which effectively means declaring war on the Netherlands since the International Court of Justice is located in The Hague. So how can it want to put Fischer on trial? It just doesn't make sense - Oh wait, I see, hypocrisy...
