I;ve read the FAQ on Homestar, but I don't believe them.

Do you guys really think the Strongbad email questions are real or do you think they just make them up?

Furthurmore, if real, do you think people purposly make mistakes when writing them, for him to make fun of, or are people really stupid?

2004-10-04 03:28:45 PM
"eat 'em like candy!"

Furthurmore, if real, do you think people purposly make mistakes when writing them, for him to make fun of, or are people really stupid?

Of all the thousands of emails they get, I'm sure they have no problem finding ones with mistakes in them, given how illiterate Internet users are as a whole.

2004-10-04 03:32:20 PM
oh and it was first 400 bites of dirt

I do not think this is an exclusive or problem. I think people make mistakes deliberately. I also think people are irredeemably farking stupid.

For Action Easter Egg Goodness:

"differently lame" shows a small advertisment for Coach Z's Differently Lame Ale

"big ol'headache medicine" shows a bottle of Jobar's Big Ol' Headache Medicine

"cassette tape" at the end lets you listen to a song about Grumblecakes (as stated above)

/truly an e-mail for the Time Tennis Ball Can!

Enh. Not so great.

The last one wasn't bad, but the only one that's really made me laugh out loud recently is the "for kids" one. "Actually, he's not even behind the box, he's... barely obscured by the box. Look, THE CHEAT IS BEHIND THE BOX! HE'S BEHIND THE BOX! I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL ALL YOUR DOGS!"

I know. This violates Law of Humanity #304 paragraph 5, subparagraph "Doodie":

"If something isn't funny to ALL humans, then by process of ejaculation, it must not be funny to ANY humans."

Thank you, wise Yurko for enlightening the rest of humanity to your great thought process. Truly, your post will go down in history - most likely next to Hubert Einstein's "E=MC-hammer".

Extra Easter Egg: Let the e-mail run for 10 minutes after it's done (without clicking the casette egg)...and the groupies show up!
