Hehe "Okay, not really". Is that through fear someone will sue, or that so many Farkers will take it seriously?
2002-02-12 08:27:25 AM

WTF is Han and Chewie doing in the lineup? All the rest of the figures are already known to be in the movie, but HAN SOLO AND CHEWBACCA?
2002-02-12 08:38:21 AM

2002-02-12 08:46:07 AM

2002-02-12 08:48:03 AM
I am still baffeled by how Han Solo is in all of this. Man, that would make him like 105 by the time of Return of the Jedi.
And did anyopne else notice that Natalie Portman is chained up...Leia complex?
2002-02-12 08:49:11 AM

2002-02-12 08:49:45 AM
They had Qui-Gon up there to, and he was run through with a lightsaber, so I would think that it's not just episode II figures.
2002-02-12 08:53:30 AM
anyone else notice how big Mace's "light saber" is???

Damn, Lucas and his racial stereotypes!!!

2002-02-12 09:24:27 AM
/me feels the pain of Woodchipper.

Don't get me wrong...nothing wrong with being a geek, as I am a Geek myself, but Star Wars action figures? And ones with boobies?

This is labeled "cool"???? I'm going to vomit!

Don't get me wrong...nothing wrong with having toys, as I have lots of toys myself, but I prefer sports cars, home theater equiptment, and that plastic thingy that makes my girlfriend say "yeeees!".
2002-02-12 09:39:13 AM
wow, thse are actually "action figures". not the static looking platic 'figures' that they used to make. Its kind of a nice change, especially since people just pose them anyway. i like the new emotions.
2002-02-12 09:42:04 AM
Ohhhhh the expression on that Mace Windu figure's face. PRIME candidate for PHOTOSHOP OPPORTUNITIES to come.
2002-02-12 09:58:04 AM
Millions of tons of merchandise for suckers who are into a movie that's going to suck ass.

Can't some crazed Star Wars fan put a bullet in this guy so he stops making movies?
2002-02-12 10:00:42 AM
uhh did anyone else notice the extreem blurryness of some of those photographs? either they had a novice photographer or they thought it would be cool to look like they were flying by really fast, either way it stupid as fark
2002-02-12 10:09:43 AM

Quit trolling, you will never as talked about as Fb-. If you don't like Star Wars kindly carry your ass out of our discussion.
2002-02-12 10:10:07 AM

You never know, man. One of these plastic thingys might get her going, too ;)
2002-02-12 10:17:54 AM

[image from too old to be available]

2002-02-12 10:27:36 AM

2002-02-12 10:27:38 AM

2002-02-12 10:41:33 AM
"Collection 2" features secondary characters from the saga critical to allowing fans to complete dioramas and
recreate key scenes from the films."

RoXet, Gee, I'm sorry you don't approve. Here I thought this was a forum for giving opinions. I gave one. Your approval isn't relevant to me. I'm not trolling or looking for attention. I'm sharing my opinion. And if some of the SW loving sheep see enough opinions against these movies and realize it's okay to love the originals but to refuse to hand their money over for these new pieces of crap then all the better.
EpI blew. It had a lousy story, contradicted the first films, had the most contrived end to a villian ever and had fart and sht jokes, just to name issues off the top of my head. Awful. I can't see how any adult who enjoyed the originals wouldn't be insulted by these films. If you don't like that I say that, ignore me.
But telling me not to give an opinion because you don't like it doesn't work.
2002-02-12 11:00:17 AM
I can see the battle lines now as the Star Wars Devotees (read geeks if you prefer) and scum-sucking-bottom-feeding-flea-market-toy-shop-assshole-dealers knock the clerks down at Walmart to get the first FISTO!!!
2002-02-12 11:26:52 AM
Fisto forever. Methinks he'll pull a number on queen boobies, er amidala in this one.
2002-02-12 11:42:55 AM
Screw these contorted monstrosities, give me the old-style Star Wars figures any day. They should re-issue the whole line and add the new characters. They would make a mint.

I mean, jeez, how are any of these figures going to be any fun to play with?

I meant, for a KID to play with. Really. Yeah. Um...

They just stand there. You can't put them in the cockpit of a spaceship because 9 times out of 10 they won't fit. Unless they come with the ship. Then I'll bet they'll be posed even goofier. Feh.

I like the detail, but these new figures just don't appeal to me.
2002-02-12 11:54:55 AM
Jango Fett? And why does Boba look like a little kid?

Fun to funky...but I'll get the Yoda fig for sure...
2002-02-12 12:54:52 PM
boba is a kid Torchsong, remember these movie take place BEFORE tho original trilogy
2002-02-12 01:43:58 PM
Anyone else notice that the clones look exactly liek stormtroopers.. comon... Somethign a little more origional please...jebus...
2002-02-12 01:52:15 PM
Very cool figures....very cool
2002-02-12 02:14:46 PM
When we were kids, we carbon froze a couple of our action figures... but they never survived the process and shattered upon defrost.
2002-02-12 02:37:47 PM
Ravedave: Maybe that's because this takes place before Star Wars 4-6, and this shows the evolution between clone troopers and storm troopers. It's a very smart design.
2002-02-12 03:06:49 PM
Algert...ok, that makes sense...I've been trying to keep myself as much in the dark about Episode II as possible so I don't go in with any preconceptions about it. Unfortunately, I couldn't resist looking at the figs. :)
