This is surely (I hope) a biased assessment, but in my experience all the Britneys, Brand(y,i,e, and alternate spellings), Candies, etc. I've met seem to have missed the leg up. Parents can't go wrong with a ridiculously long and pretentious name. The kid can always shorten it to "Kat" when she's waaaay too old to go by a cutesy name (like Kitty).
