These are the same "free-range" chickens the "I-eat-fish-and-chicken-but-not-red-meat" gang will pay $2 or more a pound for.

Dumb hicks. Kill 'em, bag 'em, mark 'em "no hormones, free range" and sell them to the organic gourmands in California.

Another untapped resource.
