you know, instead of anti-drug classes in school, we need anti-murder classes. If people knew just how difficult and unlikely it is to get away with murder, especially if you are a dumbass 15 year old likely to leave an "orgy of evidence" at the murder scene.

I let my son play GTA and every time, I remind him that if he tried even one of those things in RL that's in the game, he's going to rot in jail for a long time and live like a slob when he's out because noone will give him a job. It keeps him in line quite well.

Oh, don't be silly. I am sure everyone knows what rape is by, say, age 12. Maybe if a 13 year old raped someone, I could see empathy in the courts, but any older, screw you, you knew damn well what you were doing. Same thing with murder.

And I agree with whomever said that the girls were only crying because they realized they were gonna get severely punished. Maaaaaybe the girlfriend actually feels guilty, since that is how she is being portrayed, but I'm willing to bet the psycho biatch granddaughter wouldn't have felt an ounce of guilt had she gotten away with this.

Also, Heavenly Creatures was the weirdest farking movie i've ever seen. it almost tops Ghost World as the most pointless. a friend was going to new zealand for a semester abroad, and she was watching all the NZ movies she could find. we just kind of sat there after it was over, confused and considerably dumber than before we'd watched it.

hmmm...it has been a LONG time since the 80's but if I recall correctly, most smoker girls were quite giggly. They would not have been able to sneakily lay under a bed with a knife waiting on someone to come in, without snickering and giving away their secret hiding spot.
