Mask - though I hate Jim Carrey, I think he was ideal for this.

Ghostbusters - Bill Murray is a funny man - shame about his career.

Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels - More nods to The Italian Job than you can shake a stick at, but also a unique and very funny film in it's own right.
