Make a subdirectory in you domain and set that as their home directory when they log in.
They should not be able to see anything but that and any subdirectories of it.

they won't be able to go up to the parent directory? do i need to make a unique password for each client's sub dir?

You can control that with Windows share permissions. Give them access to their subfolder, but not to the parent. Also, make sure the parent doesn't allow anonymous login.

I'd create a new local user account for each customer.
