HELP!! I just found out that I have 2 hours to cook 3 racks of babyback ribs. Any advice on how to do it quick would be appreciated. They are on a brinkman using hardwood charcoal, and the temp is right in the sweet spot.

I'm reminded of when a park ranger was asked by a motorist what to do when the motorist only had one hour to spend in Yosemite Valley. The ranger said go sit down by the Merced river and cry.

Of course, the ribs will never cook that way.

#1 -- How long has fark been around? I first found it in 2001... just curious

#2 -- I enjoy this site very much. Lurker, sometimes post, clink my fark link 5-10 times a day (sometimes for a minute or two, sometimes for an hour or longer). I want to subscribe and think it's be worth it. Can you convince me otherwise?
