Sinjar not only is it possible, but if you paint the background white in the source image, you can paste it in and it doesn't look half bad (of course you can't change perspective and add a Gaussian blur). Sometimes I still use MSPaint for cutting and pasting.

Sinjar: It certainly is. I had a little trouble remembering how to do it, but I did actually make that image entirely with MSPaint. Complete with crap-ass JPEG compression.
