After a dozen, it's no longer an accident...

Cerie [TotalFark] 2003-04-20 11:39:43 AM
The mental image:
"People were flying everywhere," said Kyler Close"

mystic_fool 2003-04-20 01:00:32 PM
Those wacky seniors and their crazy driving antics.

darkhorse23 [TotalFark] 2003-04-20 01:25:28 PM
Well, guess they get to see Jehova sooner, at which time he'll kick their asses for being so annoying.

puffy999 [TotalFark] 2003-04-20 01:39:40 PM
When the HELL are seniors going to lose their licenses to drive? They're crazy behind the wheel.

Oh, but not in this case.

dattaway 2003-04-20 01:50:55 PM
Their licenses have just reached tenure status.

ChemWeapon 2003-04-20 01:51:38 PM
Snaguaro beat everyone to it.

irockalot 2003-04-20 01:51:38 PM
i wonder if there were any witnesses there.

Heeyuck 2003-04-20 01:51:42 PM
"accidentally?"

Unlikely.

thornhill 2003-04-20 01:52:38 PM

This is what you get for trying to shove your religion down other people's throats.

Stickdeath 2003-04-20 01:53:23 PM
GOD : 0

Jehovah's Witnesses : 13

God, I know you could do better than THAT.

leahrostova 2003-04-20 01:54:13 PM
Hey, I have known lots of Jehovas' witnesses and they are some of the nicest people I've ever met. And I hate old people. So the driver does NOT deserve the hero tag.

Riomp300 2003-04-20 01:54:36 PM
Hero tag should ensue....

SoLongAndThanksForAllTheFish 2003-04-20 01:55:23 PM
Gotta hire him.

R 2003-04-20 01:56:40 PM

Kinda reminded me of this.

BruiserX 2003-04-20 01:56:44 PM
"This many people being injured in a religious service certainly doesn't make you feel good. We're fortunate it wasn't worse,"

Yes, god was only slightly pissed...this was just a warning. Next time it will be a snow plow.

Praise be.

frimel 2003-04-20 01:56:52 PM
Stickdeath:

shouldnt that be...

Old Man: 13
Jehovah's Witnesses: 0!

skinink 2003-04-20 01:56:58 PM
Irockalot
"i wonder if there were any witnesses there."

Um, don't you mean, "I wonder if there was a cheerleading section there." ?
Two, four, six, eight,
We won't let the Jehovah's congregate !

crazy_gaijin 2003-04-20 01:57:26 PM
just another senior citezen who mistook the gas for the brake

/nothing to see here

Malinois 2003-04-20 01:57:33 PM
Wow, he was the one driving and he still broke a hip...

Trieze 2003-04-20 01:57:47 PM
he'd have been a hero had he thrown it in drive afterwards and finished the job

stupiddogg 2003-04-20 01:57:55 PM
These people don't do anything hurtful to anyone. But because they try to preach the bible you people love to see them get hurt. I'm glad there are people like them to annoy jackasses like yourselves.

Henchman 2003-04-20 01:58:00 PM
"Cunningham said the injured included five children: two 14-year-olds, a 4-year-old, a 1-year-old and an 18-month-old. None of the toddlers' injuries were considered serious, the mayor said. "

Well, sins of the father and all that...

crazy_gaijin 2003-04-20 01:58:03 PM
**(ahem) citizen

BSCavalier 2003-04-20 01:58:24 PM
So whats the problem here?

Phishpin 2003-04-20 01:58:30 PM
Happy Easter!

Icon-Cat 2003-04-20 01:59:04 PM
And to think that I thought I was going to be original and clever by requesting a "Hero" tag.

Sidi 2003-04-20 01:59:06 PM
We should ship these old people to Israel. They could stop the whole Israeli/Palistinian conflict. Once the old people start bumping them off in their "terrorist" attacks the two groups will band together to wipe out the old people.

Of course, they'll still end up killing as many of their own people in accidents...but at least they'll be hating someone else for a while.

DonnieFarko 2003-04-20 01:59:13 PM
Hmm, an old man rams you as you come out of your church. Maybe it's a sign?
Christianity
Islam
Judaism
Mormonism
Jehovah's Witness(-ism?)

Let's see, who's next on the list?

dinahmoehum 2003-04-20 02:00:49 PM
Love it, a friggin bakers dozen! I have known some witnesses too, kinda like Nazis. Helped one decorate a Christmas tree once, she had never done that before. She was dating a Mexican and her family was disowning her. Got to love that religion/racism!

DonnieFarko 2003-04-20 02:01:09 PM
Umm, the list of religions above is meant to have each entry crossed out. Don't know why it didn't show up, guess that command not enabled?

dattaway 2003-04-20 02:02:46 PM

Beat 2003-04-20 02:02:54 PM
Hey R what game is that?

wumpus 2003-04-20 02:03:45 PM
it's not just that these people are trying to preach the bible(don't need that), but it's that they talk down to you and act as if they're reaching down to pull you out of the gutter. they're arrogant.

Nimitz 2003-04-20 02:03:54 PM
So many christian, so few reckless drivers!
13 a wack might even the odds.

some2 2003-04-20 02:04:02 PM
Karma.

Sidi 2003-04-20 02:04:40 PM
When I was in high school the Jehovah's Witnesses showed up at our place a lot. I once had a (female) Jehovah's Witness and her ~15 year old daughter come to the door wanting to talk to me about STD's and whether they were god's revenge.

That was the last time they ever visited.

Interceptor1 2003-04-20 02:05:43 PM
So that's why they allow senior citizens to drive. I was wondering about that.

kilroy14 2003-04-20 02:05:49 PM
AHHA! My Army of Elderly Mercenaries has begun their plan of World Domination! You have seen the end when my Grey Army slowly destroys you all!

Evildoer

Beat 2003-04-20 02:08:59 PM
Kilroy, or Carlos the Jackal, you decide.

Bivens 2003-04-20 02:09:32 PM
DonnieFarko, after looking at the source of the comments, you didn't have the strikethrough tags enabled.

Did you type in <s> text here </s> ?

Hope it works for me

TommyymmoT [TotalFark] 2003-04-20 02:09:32 PM
Well, it's a start.

skinink 2003-04-20 02:09:37 PM
Beat
"Hey R what game is that?"
Before there was Grand Theft Auto, there was that game, Carmageddon. A racing game where you necessarilly (sp ?) did not have to finish the race to win, just mow down whatever you saw, including pedestrians, ect. Very fun game, you've never played a proper racing game till you ran over a cow (mehhhhhh !). Banned in the UK if I remember.

sunburn 2003-04-20 02:10:09 PM
Well that should free up some saturday mornings for a while.

Garanimal 2003-04-20 02:10:14 PM
13X1000 = 13000 points

Next up: BONUS ROUND!

LEVEL 2: UTAH

Bivens 2003-04-20 02:10:24 PM
Never mind, it did the same thing to me.

Sorry DonnieFarko for insulting your intelligence :-/

pershing 2003-04-20 02:10:39 PM
He was probably aiming for his wife, who was soon to "exit the gathering", as he resents her religion.

Dubya's_Coke_Dealer 2003-04-20 02:11:14 PM
Do I preach to you when you're lying stoned in the gutter?

/bender

brywalker 2003-04-20 02:12:07 PM
He is NO HERO!

They lived.
