Headline reminds me of the time I was driving in town, and a man on the sidewalk looked directly at me approaching... and stepped out in front of me to cross the street, forcing me to stop. I think it's the ONLY time in my life I really wanted to run someone over.

/cool story, bro.

The crash that killed Vacca remains under investigation.

Maybe they found a change purse with worms in it.

Oh, if only. Living in Miami (where he once worked for the oh-so-credible Jerry Springer of news stations, WSVN Fox channel 7), I've dealt with this douche for as long as I can remember. Truly, he must be stopped.

When the hell is Matthew Broderick going to get his? I mean, Ted Kenedy is out of the running, Michael is no longer molesting little boys, isn't Matt next on the list?

XMark 2009-12-01 12:44:51 PM
Probably not so much Karma as a general lack of awareness of his surroundings.

So the statue of limitations on karmic latency is at least 13 years.

Seems like there's a number of people out there who shouldn't be resting easy, and I'm happy to see many of them already have been catalogued in the thread.

Hey, Back Off, sometimes Karma is busy with other things. Karma will get to you in the order in which your sin was received.

Farker T 2009-12-01 05:42:36 PM
Wow! So karma does accidents now?

Is pseudoreligious bullshiat inane, or what?

I hit a person (a kid) once. They were fine- no major injuries or anything. But it was the most upsetting awful moment of my life. I lived with a lot of guilt about it for a long time, and I don't think that I will ever stop feeling bad about it. So I feel really bad for this guy, cause undoubtedly that weighed on his heart for a long time after as well. My condolences to his family.

sexy-fetus 2009-12-01 08:31:53 PM
So he spends his years in grief feeling horrible guilt and THIS is karma?
I think this says more for Maine's drivers education than this guy getting what he deserves.

Fuller 2009-12-01 08:37:00 PM
What is obvious about any of this?

Maybe it was waiting for the appropriate time. 13 years, more fuel for the superstitious.

/would be ironic if the perp this time was an old lady.
