That'll teach him to repond.

You know, these stories just make me sick. Here was a State Trooper, on his own time, working hard to restore wetlands, ponds if you will, to their former natural state. And this person has to interrupt his admirable volunteer work with an unwelcome groin kicking.

No good deed goes unpunished.

Y'see that there Lyndonville trooper?
I think I'll go kick

Enjoy getting pumped up the pooper.

Hooray!

Also, holy crap he went to the hospital? She must have tagged him pretty good.

To be fair, I do it whether or not my mother is involved.

LYNDONVILLE, Vt. -- A Vermont woman who allegedly kicked a police officer in the groin during a traffic stop is facing two charges over it.

Is that one charge for each ball or one for the balls and one for the willie?

She kicked him in the balls so hard he had to go to the farking hospital, man.

Let a hysterical woman kick you in the pills hard enough and you'll want to press charges too. Just because you are upset doesn't mean you get to kick people in the nards.

A) Ban the next dicksmack who engages in backseat moderation
or
B) Ban the next dicksmack who clicks on a headline only to whine about it

Sound like a good compromise?

I'm beginning to think RivenSilver is actually a chick, since they:
A) Don't seem to comprehend how much it must hurt to be kicked in the balls so hard you have to go to the hospital.
and
B) Seem to be perfectly fine with women assaulting police officers as long as they're upset.

Quick tip - loading the page increases the banner advertizing
Side tip - adding a post to it encourages others to ... ya know ... do the same
Final tip - if you really wanted to make that "quick" you could have done it in 4 words

// biatch kicked someone in the nards - should be jailed - t'aint funny girls (unless he is a clown)

Why was the police officer preventing the woman from seeing her mother if she was just bruised etc. Sounds like the cop was probably power tripping and wouldn't let the girl get to her loved one who she probably thought was possibly going to die.

Get out of the way so the girl can see her mom is OK THEN help consul her.

If she kicked him in the nuts my guess is he was actively hands on restraining her for no reason.

Wrong. Being a hysterical woman gives you a free pass to do whatever you like.

And you can tell that from the video evidence, the corresponding charges, and/or your presence at the scene right ?

Could it just be that he was temporarily protecting an accident scene, there was no immediate need for the crazy cow to be there (mother was not about to die), and he asked her to stand back then she went bat shiat crazy and kicked him in the nards so hard he had to go to hospital ?

Of course not, cops are always wrong and should be kicked in the nards right ?!? can I get a hell yea homie ?

I'm sure it is part of State Trooper policy to allow family members to sprint across the interstate to the scene of a recent accident to stare at their injured family members and scream. That is probably the best possible outcome.

Look, when the cops are around, do what they say to do. Don't kick them in the balls. Use some common sense. Hating them and fighting them doesn't accomplish anything.

RivenSilver: Girl hysterical over her mom clearly not behaving rationally and he presses charges? What a douche.

Tell me about it. Just like the douchebags who freak out when a guy leads cops on a half-hour chase, tries to run them over, endangers their lives and the lives of civilians, then gets a punch or a kick once he's finally been taken to the ground.

And yeah, though it's a funny joke, getting smacked in the junk can cause serious injuries. I'm sure they took him to the hospital just to make sure there was no testicular torsion or rupture.

Hysterical is such a great word

her uterus was ... disturbed
so she assaulted his nards

... she definitely needs some "pelvic massage" - manual stimulation of the genitals by the doctor until the patient experienced "hysterical paroxysm"

anyone got pics ? before we start offering ?

Depends. Is my mother obviously disoriented, and the cop doing nothing but asking for license, registration, and proof of insurance, and preventing me from assessing her situation? Hells yeah!

No. You don't kick the responding state trooper in the nads because he isn't being as attentive as you want.

While C) is always the answer on Fark, it is rarely the actual correct answer.

This is getting thrown around a lot... wouldn't it be more likely that he went to the hospital regardless as standard procedure and to document the alleged assault?

What's up with these family values?

Here's an article, from today, where a mom tailgated the cruiser holding her son, drove into the jail's unloading area behind the arresting deputy, and then hit the arresting officer in the face.

I appreciate your concern. My family doctor told me that keeping my brain working is important.

I was just trying to point out that there are times when it might be appropriate. What if she was diabetic and needed some sugar? Granted, this doesn't happen much anymore, more awareness and those nifty bracelets, but there have been times when people have died because the cops threw someone whose blood sugar was in the bargain basement in the drunk tank.

Shatner's Bassoon 2009-11-30 05:27:01 PM
Lyndonville police Officer James Hemond said the younger Bell was hysterical, wanting to see her mother. He said she kicked him as he tried to calm her down.

Now, I'm as much for for sending a nut-kicker to the electric chair as the next guy, but it sounds like she was irrational upon finding her mother in a car crash and he was holding her back. I doubt she'd kick a police officer in the nuts under normal circumstances, so who really benefits from charging her?

If it didn't do any meaningful damage, most of the cops I know (only a couple, admittedly) would consider it an opportunity to shake it off and say, "Naw, I'm alright. She's gonna have to do better than that" and look tough in front of their friends.

This guy could be different, though. Either way, this wasn't a harmless kick either way. She kicked him right in the nads, and deserved a good tasing. He showed that much restraint, at least.

fanbladesaresharp 2009-11-30 05:27:26 PM
RivenSilver: Girl hysterical over her mom clearly not behaving rationally and he presses charges? What a douche.

The way lots of cities and states are writing laws last 20 years he may have not had a choice. Touch a cop go to jail. Zero Tolerance. The DA might have it done for him as required. Like even the most minor domestic issue results in an arrest if a cop shows up. Whether they decide if it's worth worrying about.

garyg 2009-11-30 05:28:14 PM
It's questionable why she would kick him just because she wanted to see her mother.

Instead of "calming her down," perhaps he was illegally restraining her?

tinyarena 2009-11-30 05:28:22 PM

Note to Self: Do NOT kick the cop in the balls.
