This happened at my dad's house once, when I was younger and living there.

My dad's cousin's boyfriend went to pick up cans and bottles the morning after a party, under the pool deck. He stepped on the septic tank and the concrete collapsed, dropping him up to his neck in shiat.

I woke up to him screaming for help.

We pulled him out and he lost one shoe, and he said, "I'm not going back in for it!"
