Schultz: [Klink is in prison awaiting a possible execution] I have some good news and bad news.
Col. Wilhelm Klink: This time tell me the good news first.
Schultz: You are going to be executed in the morning.
Col. Wilhelm Klink: Then what's the bad news?
Schultz: They aren't giving you a blindfold.

All they found of them was a muddy set of prison clothes, a bar of soap, and an old rock hammer, damn near worn down to the nub.

A 13th prisoner arrested during his attempted escape said the tunnel took 10 days to dig and the plan was to slowly empty the prison overnight, Askar said. More than 300 inmates were held in the prison...

Unfortunately they dug their exit 20 feet short of the trees.

Maybe when they realized that the "Faux News" article is actually from the AP.

There's a problem. All of those people on the right (with the exception of Colonel Klink as he was part of a socialist nation)...

Were Republicans who would've shot Joe Biden. They wouldn't have shot, or even thought of, shooting Barack Obama - but that whole 'The military is EEBIL!' thing... yeah.

Eisenhower would've plugged him in the leg and told him to stop being a crybaby. He did it to a 2nd Lieutenant, damn right he'd do it to a civilian.

This has nothing to do with the topic, but Werner Klemperer was a very accomplished musician and conductor. I actually have an LP of one of his performances with the New Philharmonia Orchestra. I'll need to find it, but I think that his dad was the conductor.

Yup, musical talent ran in the family.

Also interesting: His father, famed conductor Otto Klemperer (Jewish) fled with his family from the Nazis...Werner later joined the (American) Army during WWII...Werner (vet of WWII, fled the Nazis) bowed out of being grand marshal for a parade because a bunch of PC twats objected to having a "Nazi" lead a parade (one of his acting roles being more important than his actual life, of course)

Geez the prison was designed to hold 80 and had 300 prisoners?? Instead of just killing folks, can't we help them build them some prisons? Would be a drop in the well compared to other expenses we have there! Help them lock up the militants and then get the fark outta there!

Oh, thank god for the Hogan's Heroes stuff here. I miss that show.

And no, I'm not old. I started watching it about ten years ago, when I was in my early twenties. It just goes to prove that old shows are still entertaining, even to people that are younger than them.

The problem is their government is corrupt. So if you give them money who knows where it goes.

That's the problem with just sending in more troops now is the government we are helping is just as bad as the people we are fighting.

Never picked that up. That's why Klink is gung ho and Schultz doesn't really care and just wants to be friendly. Makes sense.

And they're digging away, and there's people in charge of shoveling it up, people putting breathing apparatus in, putting things on trolleys, lighting apparatus; people disguising the entrance of the tunnel so it looks like a kibbutz or something; people saying, "I've turned my uniform inside out, turned up my collar, I've turned my buttocks into a hat, and I now look like a German officer... but I have no buttocks."

Nazi's weren't socialists they were fascists. Fascists had CORPORATISM form of economics not socialism. They hated communists which is socialism to the extreme. If you don't understand the differences, you should learn because you sound like a fool.shiat how many times does this needs to be explained to people like you?

Not trying to contradict you, but wasn't 'Nazi' short for the National Socialist Party? Probably causes some confusion...

Indeed, it does, and you are right. Just like 150 years ago republicans were for the little man's individual rights, and tried to end slavery. And Democrats made sure that corporations had more than their fair share in govt. politics.

Insert Ric Romero pic here.

Party titles don't always indicate their true stance. See the People's Democratic Republic of North Korea.

This is horrible, but the first thing that went through my mind was about people who 'collect' animals and keep them in small cages...and think they're 'taking good care of them' by doing so.
