I've had number 9, and it was terrible

I've had the Pizza Beer. Very weird. It really does sorta taste like pizza. It leaves a very strong Oregano flavor lingering after you have a gulp.

Nothing remotely weird about southern tier creme broulee. Pretty standard style desset beer, and an excellent one at that.

My brother in law had a few bottles of that chili beer and let me have one. The article is pretty dead on with regard to the taste. It's like drinking watered down hot sauce. I think I took about 2 sips and dumped the rest in the sink.

Brewing now has turned into nothing more than trying to make the next great shock-brew. Trust me, none of this jalapeno-honey-milk shiat will be around 20 years from now.(yes I'm aware of mead and I've had my share of milk stout) You wanna impress everyone? Brew a better Cream Ale.

american beers have drinkability.

It's not that they're crap, it's that there are so many other better beers out there. I drink American from time to time...nothing inherently wrong with it.

I only drink the Samuel Jackson beer.

Most of these beers will give you the shiats.

I want them all but I've only had a couple.

As a hobby brewer I agree with you. I've been known to infuse my beer with ginger or fruit(lambic) I just prefer to drink Miller Lite to get shiatfaced.

I've tried over 100 beers in the last couple years, and I've only drainpoured two: Southern Tier Creme Brulee and Victory Prima Pils (which wasn't bad, but wasn't a pilsener as advertised).

My philosophy is that there is no such thing as bad beer, if it is free.

If I'm looking to get shiatfaced I prefer barleywine or barring that a good high gravity IPA. Unless someone else is bringing the beer. I won't complain.
