as one official said 22 people had died and 55 were hurt

It was the Kremlin's official ass-number puller, wasn't it?

FTFA: "It must be just a pit someone dug out. Or the crater was left by an explosive device."

Well that's useful. Thanks, BBC.

They blame it on Chechens despite having had people in custody who were caught fleeing the scene and who witnesses claim to have seen the men planting the bombs, but who were then ordered released by the GRU, yet?

Bakeroo: That bastard Makarov must be stopped.

The plot of that game sucked. My only possible conclusion coming away from it is that the moral of the story is:

Every possible CO you might end up under is completely insane. Insane enough to kill an airport full of civilians. Insane enough to EMP the eastern seaboard of the US. Insane enough to try to prove he's not an assassin and terrorist by assassinating a US general.

I went back any played the first MW again. And it is still far superior to the sequel. I think MW2 was mostly ripped off from Fallout 3:

1. Fighting in the ruins of DC and suburban Virginia.

2. Nuclear bomb going off and reducing everyone to a more primitive technology level.

3. Climbing around on cliffs and killing communist soldiers (if you've played Operation: Anchorage).

4. Giant explosions in space (if you've played Mothership Zeta).

The similarities go on and on.

Oh, yeah. And this one, too(pops), although the crater was not created by the train (sucked to live on Duffy Street that week).
