I predict the answer is a white rap-type band. Unfortuantely I know none.

I have no idea what the answer is, so here's an elk with lemurs on its head:

I don't think this was actually on the rider, but a friend of mine was once sent out to procure a stack of gay S&M magazines for My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult.

gregario: Indigo Girls?

I was thinking that myself, but the page says the band formed after 1990.

*chuckle* About 14-15 years ago, a female co-worker invited me to an Indigo Girls show after (she said) her BF cancelled at the last minute. It was halfway through the show before I realized what was odd about the crowd and why people kept smiling at us...

apeman12 2009-11-27 11:37:40 AM
Dixie Chicks .. only 'cause Madonna was too obvious.

Ghoulthulhu 2009-11-27 11:40:54 AM
The band would be probably something crap like Limp Biskit or something. Just typing that name gave me an anal fissure.

When in doubt, assume Nickelback.

I went to a concert of theirs several years ago with my wife. We had NO idea there were so many lesbians in the area. LOVE their music.

Either that, or i would say the magazine would be for Jimmy Pop of The Bloodhound Gang. Thats my real guess.

I believe it was a 'Lesbian-sister' themed, so it must be Heart.

Texaco Saves: The magazine was "Christians United Weekly" and the band was Stryper

I'm getting a kick out of this reply because I was walking through downtown Toronto a couple weeks ago and I saw Stryper billed on a marquee.

Other than that, I've only heard about them in Jesus Freaks, I'd figured they'd be dead or raptured by now.

sid244 2009-11-27 11:49:41 AM
Creed or Nickelback

docmattic 2009-11-27 11:53:27 AM
modest22: Tatu

The question referred to a rock band, not two stooges with an image carefully orchestrated by a Svengali-like producer (and former child psychologist, creepily enough).

No, it said lesbian, not flaming gay queen themed magazine, so that rules both of those bands out completely.

only tangently related, why do they have to have 3 pairs of j crew boxers? Why specifically his? What are they doing to their boxers to make them special?

aimtastic [TotalFark] 2009-11-27 12:09:19 PM

Hint: The group was formed after 1990.

Gdr2004: 5 seconds of googling reveals it's Poison.

Poison formed in 1983.
