FTFA: Even her Audi car had been taken and sold off... Ms Brown has lived in the house in Lenton for 17 years, but now intends to move to the country..."I have two alarm systems now but I still don't feel safe," she said..

There's her problem! She just did not have the right anti theft systems in place...

One of my instructors is named David Perry. I'll print out this article and accuse him of burglary!

They should take and destroy all of his personal things like childhood photos etc.

The real shocker here is you can get arrested for possessing a knife...

Impressive.

Would be interesting if some director made a 'gone in 60 seconds' version of this article.

This is a dumb question but, Aren't these people required to check that the seller owns the stuff before you move and or sell?

Reminds me of my friend who caught a guy trying to break into his car. My friend said "Hey that's a pretty nice car you have."

Thief: "Yeah man this shiat is the hotness."

Friend: "Yeah I know it is man, that's a 2003 so and so right?"

Thief: Getting a little nervous at this point. "Yeah son, got it cheap"

Friend: "What, did you lose your keys?"

Thief: Freaking out at this point. "Uh no man I'm good I got this, take it easy."

Friend: "Oh okay" He takes his keys out. "It might be easier if you had these." Jingles keys and hits panic button real quick to turn alarm on and off.

So the thief figures out whats up by now and starts running.
Little did he know that he was being watched(this was at my friends place of business)and the police has been called several minutes ago.

The police were right around the corner and they caught the guy and he went to jail. So happy ending other than some scratches on the car.

Congratulations on your first green light!

On another note, I can't really say the service was professional if the lady reported damaged furniture. I think the burglar should at least get some of his money back.
