Jamie Kennedy replaced their lethal injection with kool-aid back in the mid-90s and his show was cancelled before the big reveal.

Having a death penalty in a state without the nerve to use it is a waste of time and resources. I'll bet Martinez is glad to be on death row - it's reportedly far more pleasant than general population, and odds are the only needles to puncture his body will be for antibiotics.

This guy is trash - and the fact he is alive right now breathing is a shame on this country's justice system. He will be sitting on death row for how many decades draining an already bankrupt state?

Put a bullet in his head (along with everyone else convited to die) throw them in an incinerator and use their bodies for fuel - CA wants to be green right?

Two weeks later, a man that was convicted solely on eyewitness testimony is discovered to actually be innocent through the use of D.N.A. testing. What then?

I've often thought that a good test of a potential new wife would be her willingness to dispose of the previous wife. That way when said "new" wife gets the wanderlust, she'll always be looking over her shoulder for the next "new" wife.
