Seriously, this doesn't look too bad. Especially since they got the most rain in 24 hours ever. Guess the soil is so accustomed to rain that a lot of it is absorbed. Compare to a flash flood in the desert southwest in the normally dry arroyos. Now that's a high runoff to rain ratio!
