For what it's worth, I don't think Liverpool or Barca are on the way out.

No Messi or Zlatan in the starting lineup for Barca. Iniesta is playing on the left wing instead of partnering Xavi in midfield where he should be. Pedro has taken Messi's position on the right wing, and Henry is moved to the center. This is what happens when the manager lets personal issues with players come in the way of what is best for the team. We could have kept Eto'o and Caceres and gotten Silva or Mata as well as Hernanes and possibly Forlan, but instead we get rid of five players and bring in two to replace them. Europa League here we come!

Barca will be knocked out when Balotelli handles the ball to keep it from going over the end line, and then crosses to Maicon to win.

Yeah I heard that they were required to before they got the rights. I think this mix thing is over once the knockout round starts, but I'm going to reap the benefits.

Sky Sports is already in HD (same thing as Fox over in the UK) so I'm guessing FSC will end up in HD as well. I also heard a rumor that the normal Fox station was getting some of the matches, but I'm not too sure about that one.

Yeah, I'm watching the Barca game with a 1000kbs stream and switching between Arsenal and Rangers in HD so today is pretty great. Tomorrow I'm not going to get the United, Real Madrid or AC Milan games though, guess I'll have to settle for Chelsea on TV.

I know UEFA likes money, but I've always hated the idea that the big teams get yet another way of staying rich if they fail. UEFA just doesn't like the idea that the big teams that put eyes on TV screens would actually be out of the competitions early.

He's lost the plot. He's saying that getting closer to the title last season is an achievement as good as winning a trophy, which is meaningless considering Liverpool have gotten worse since then. Nobody's going look in the history books and say "Wow, Rafa Benitez reduced the gap between the top team and Liverpool to four points!", but if they do they'll look at the following season and see that it went nowhere.

It's HD. Poor play with gobs of stoppage time in high def. Was really looking forward to this, could care less who won, just wanted to see a good match. It sucks.

Yeah I ended up going back to the Arsenal game, more presses toward the goal. There was one good shot that Barca had on goal, but it was mostly midfield play when I was watching.
