I've known people with this issue but they just didn't get practice at drawing the smoke into their lungs. If you draw it into your mouth and exhale, nothing is going to happen.

being its gov grown weed, I'm going to lean towards the 10/15 percent thc Pot they offer similar to what medicinal cannabis offered by the canadian is. Most A strains these days have 20/35+ percent thc content which isnt a joke or a lie. shiatty grown dope still exists and that shiat is anwhere from 5 to 15 percent thc average.

If people just extracted the THC from their buds they would truly see what they are getting and sometimes its devestatingly small returns on Supposedly Primo Bud.

This is what I am thinking. Some MM patients benefit from weed with very low THC content - there are other active chemicals in pot beside THC.
Glaucoma patients, as I understand it, benefit from smoking total ditchweed as much as they do from smoking Kine. It's apparently something other than the THC that works the "eye-dry" magic that gives most of us red eyes, and saves glaucoma patients vision.

Other MM patients (notably, those using weed for appetite stimulation) won't benefit at all from low-THC weed.
It's interesting, and needs to be researched. Hopefully the political climate now will allow that to happen.

After 30 years of having a couple of joints worth after work, I've been about smoking 10 pipes a day for a year. I don't get high now either. Bye bye depression, bye bye cigarettes whose increasing taxes has made the evil weed a viable and uplifting alternative. As far as I can tell, no physical or mental degradation, I can still string a sentence or two together, pay my bills, taxes, etc.

I don't think it has been proven to cause schizophrenia has it? An opinion I heard is that it may exacerbate the underlying condition rather than being the cause. But generally, the kids who become schizophrenic smoked strong weed during formative years, so anywhere under the age of 18 (ish).
