Obviously I have no idea, but if I had to put money on it, I'd be he was under 5'8, 165, with a serious Napolean complex. I'm not blaming witnesses for not intervening, because you don't have to be 6'4 to carry a gun, but in my (limited) experiences, the biggest arseholes also have the most to be insecure about.


Regardless, the sad thing is that his punishment is going to be like a $50 fine and maybe a few hours of cleaning up trash by the highway.
