Lawsuits have gotten way out of hand these days. When you get people suing pepsi over the idea of bottled water, and being awarded billions of dollars (even it's overturned), there's something fundamentally wrong with the system.

I don't see why people go with bottled water anyway. The deductibles you pay each time piles up and it's not really superior to the public option because a significant portion goes towards enormous overhead and profits. No wonder we're behind countries like Canada and France in this category. I don't see why we don't carve out that whole industry altogether and go with a single payer system. That way everyone gets equal quality water for less and we won't have to worry about frivolous lawsuits that only end up binding the hands of the professionals who are just trying to do their jobs.

Agreed. Anyone who pays for a markup in the low thousands of percent is an idiot in general, as well.

have you ever actually watched Kimba the white lion? I mean yes it was originally gonna be based on it, but that idea was terminated early, the intellectual property is SO much different. Disney has stolen before, Disney will steal again. But if they kept in the spirit of Kimba, no one would even remember the film.
