The first questions whether supes innards could be injured. This is how the baddies who do manage to seriously pound on him manage to hurt him. Supes invulnerability is like a forcefield, and if you truly can hit him hard enough enough times, you will hurt him internally. That is how Doomsday beat him, internal injury.

The Flash might be fast, but Superman can fly faster than light around the Earth causing time to go backwards. And stuff. You can't beat that for speed.
