Joe's a great guitarist & I would bet he's a hoot to hang out with. He's just always struck me as a goofball.

He's also a ham operator who used to sell & buy a lot of radio & music stuff on eBay. I looked up his ID once & knew I had the right guy when I saw all of the vintage radios & Marshall amps & stuff.
