Couldn't really run him over since you would risk a manslaughter charge.. or even worse, get your insurance rates jacked up. HOWEVER, I personally don't see anything wrong with a close pass and slinging the car door open... acciDENTly.

A year ago I might have found this funny, but having spent 14months in the DC area (Montgomery county) this would just agitate me.

It's not unusual for people around here to drive 5-10 under the speed limit anyway.
